I would like to purchase your lg mobile phone data transfer suite, but not sure if it will work or is compatable with the lg neon te365 mobile phone?

The data cable is compatible but music and large pictures will have some issues and blue tooth will be disabled on some PC's running windows vista operating systems or older xp systems.
We have tested the software and it will work for music and contact. Normally you can right click on the program in your operating system and select properties and then select "Run program under compatibility settings" if any glitches appear. We understand your reluctance since we (and many other retailers) cannot accept returns on open software.
